Professional Coaching makes Change easier
Dear Friends and DesignChange Partners,
Turbulent month this November!
It’s Thanksgiving in the U.S. where I was born and raised. This makes me thoughtful.
What holds us back from being thankful 🙏🏻more often? Not only on Thanksgiving?
Change becomes easier when we appreciate the journey, not only the destination.🌟
Below you’ll find tips to improve mental flexibility, creativity at work, on appreciating yourself with “me time”. An interesting study that shows your PC screen may be stealing your breath.😶 And my new favorite book that I’ve been recommending to my coaching clients. 📙 🤩
Thank you for reading!

Book of the Month
Last month’s tip, I shared a Leadership Choices webinar on mental resilience. I’m continuing focusing on resilience with this useful book by Naz Beheshti.
“Pause. Breathe. Choose: Become the CEO of Your Well-Being”
Presenting the highly effective framework that Beheshti has used with clients for over a decade, this book is a guide for self-discovery, better choices, and more ease. The book guides you like Ms Beheshti would in a coaching session. She offers content to help navigate challenges, provides action steps that are easy to commit to and deliver meaningful results.
It is clear that the author has personally travelled the fast-paced road of corporate career and faced many of the usual hurdles when she worked at Apple with Steve Jobs. This lends her storytelling a particular flavor and impact. This book is a great place to start for anyone who needs to reclaim their Self and become the CEO of their own well-being.
