Executive AI Catch-Up WorkshopOrientation, not overload. Practical AI skills for executives.
As a half day (9am to 1pm) or a full day (9am to 5pm), with your own AI agent in the afternoon.
You’ve sat through the online trainings. You know the drill. But you’re not really convinced AI can change the way you work, especially under pressure.
That’s what the Executive AI Catch-Up is for. For one day, the goal isn’t to get everything right. It’s to try things, get some of them wrong, and figure out what you’d actually say if an AI-assisted result got questioned in a meeting. That’s how you learn what to hand off to AI, and what stays yours to think through.
Skepticism about AI is not a deficit. It’s what lets you ask the right questions. That’s exactly where this workshop begins - where you are now.
Who the Executive AI Catch-Up Is For
For leaders who are open to technology, want to use AI meaningfully in their own area, and want to guide their teams through the change.
Up to 12 participants live, otherwise digital. Hands-on, on your own laptop. No lecture format.
What the Day Looks Like
Set up your own voice in the tool and have it explain a feature to you directly
Draft a real task and sharpen it deliberately (Redirect Prompting)
Let a prompt fail on purpose and diagnose the gap (Prompt Diagnosis)
Practice for the real moment: prepare two sentences you’d use if an AI-assisted result gets challenged
Work through a real blocker in your team with the Resistance Decoder
Close with the 4Cs Quick-Check as your personal compass
Full day only: you build, test, and refine your first AI agent for a recurring task.
What You Walk Away With
Practical prompting routines you can use right away
The 4Cs Compass (Clarity, Connection, Curiosity, Courage) for your own AI decisions
A concrete method to decode resistance in your team instead of overriding it
A clear response for when something goes wrong: own the mistake and correct it completely, instead of blaming the tool. Caught and corrected fast, an AI mistake doesn’t damage your reputation. It strengthens it.
The printed AI Skeptiker Playbook as a reference
Full day only: a finished AI agent of your own, for a real recurring task
What actually changes: the quiet worry about not being able to speak up the next time AI comes up in a meeting disappears. In its place: the calm of having tried it yourself, and knowing what works and what doesn’t.
Format & Details
On-site in Cologne, at your own offices, or hybrid. The workshop runs in German or English, whichever fits your group.
Bring your own AI tool account, set up and ready to go. And a real, recurring task from your work that you can use during the day.
Half day: 9am to 1pm. Full day: 9am to 5pm, including a lunch break.
Beyond the Workshop
The workhshop is a beginning, not an endpoint. If you want to go deeper, there are two paths: individual coaching, or, if you want to keep working with AI agents beyond the workshop, an Agentic Leadership Module.
