AI Leadership Coaching Journey
Coaching and executive sparring for leaders. From uncertainty to confident orchestration, one decision at a time.
Five confidential 1:1 sessions, built around your own real decisions.
Karla Schlaepfer, M.A., ICF PCC Coach
The Gap That Matters
You already know what AI can do in theory. What is still untested is your own judgment: when to rely on it, when to override it, and where the line sits for decisions that are actually yours.
This journey works with that judgment directly, using your own real decisions, doubt and skepticism included. The goal is a leader who can direct AI agents with clarity.
Your skepticism is a good place to start. It’s where the real work begins.
Coaching and Executive Sparring
In this journey I work with you in two roles. Together we decide which one fits the moment.
Coaching: You find your own answer. I listen, ask questions and give you space to think. You set the direction.
Executive sparring: I’m your sparring partner at eye level. I bring an outside view, challenge assumptions and say openly what I see. This helps when a decision is due and you need clarity fast.
The two belong together. Coaching strengthens your judgment, and sparring tests it on real questions.
“Hello Karla, thank you so much for your support, wise words, and guiding questions during the last months. With this sparring, you’ve helped me a lot for my reorientation towards an inevitable change in my professional career.”
– Director at a German automobile concern
