Fantastic start for the Deutschlandradio Userlab Design Thinking Sprint. It’s a challenge to carve out 5 days out of a busy working life to devote to understanding the listeners needs and then designing new solutions. And its worth it! A team spirit is already starting to emerge and this is only day 1. Crafting a challenge was a challenge but with the use of the Design Charette, we identified potential (useres)listeners in context, downloaded our own biases on what we think their needs are and turned this mass of whiteboard scribbled data into a list of possible questions for the user-interviews.
What an inspiring day!
