One way to reduce complexity is to achieve a common understanding among the team members. Using Simon Sineks Golden Circle as an approach to identify the “why” before the “how” and “what” is super effective to get everyone on the same page, improve communication and to make purpose clear. It was awesome to work with other creative professionals who care.
