Nature, coaching, and AI—connected with purpose

Sometimes, you need to go offline to reconnect with what really matters.
That’s exactly what I did on May 1st—a European public holiday and, unintentionally, the perfect day for an “M-AI” reset.
For me, resetting means nature.
I laced up my walking shoes, left my inbox behind, and followed light filtering through trees. My phone came too—but only as a camera to capture the moment, not to scroll.
This kind of mindful hiking is my way of restoring clarity from the fast pace of digital coaching work. It’s not just downtime—it’s space-making. The same intentional space I aim to create for my coaching clients.
Digital Balance for Leaders and Coaches
These days, that space includes a new element: AI tools in coaching and leadership development.
But not through hype or fear.
I’m engaging with AI through experimentation, reflection, and strong ethical boundaries.
That’s why I’ve signed the AI Coaching Manifesto—an initiative dedicated to ethical AI use in coaching.
It’s also why I’m co-leading the AI Confidence Coaching Workshops with Dr.Richard Grillenbeck. These sessions are safe, practical spaces for professionals to explore AI tools with curiosity and care.
This focus aligns with what matters most in my work:
Presence. Ethics. Empowering people to lead with clarity.
As a solopreneur, I know there’s always something on the to-do list.
But I also know that real return on investment comes from pause, perspective—and purposeful reentry.
So this May 1st (May-AI!), I took a conscious break that reminded me: the future of leadership is already unfolding—and it needs both human depth and digital tools.
