Our meet-up last week at the airy restaurant Bona’me was exceptional.
We were all happy to see each other, share stories - especially Corona experiences – talk about changes, work, and what is important for each person right now. A smaller number of people means that there was a better chance for a closer connection to develop. As Design Thinkers we know the importance of this connection 😊. It seemed to be a consensus that this quality remains all too rare especially in the last months.
Uli P. mentioned that having out DT Innovators meet-up in a restaurant reduces the pressure for the host or hostess (and the organizer) when there are no-shows. This makes the event less “official” and potentially more relaxing.
The group expressed their appreciation to the long-time organizer (👏🏼) and clear wish to meet again at some point in the future.
We’ll see how things develop and remain optimistic!
