Last week, I found myself in a school auditorium watching something remarkable unfold. Teenagers stepped onto a small stage, one by one, to perform at a poetry slam. Raw. Vulnerable. Completely authentic.
One young woman shared a piece about feeling invisible in her digital world, while another about finding his voice through words, not WhatsApp messages.
In an era where communication shrinks to abbreviated texts, these young people were expanding language creatively, taking risks, creating beauty from their inner worlds.
It reminded me why exceptions truly are the rule when it comes to meaningful change.
The best leaders don’t follow prescribed patterns; they create new ones.

🌿 European AI Landscape Shifts
Recent news worth every leader’s attention: Dutch AI machine giant ASML has invested in the French AI chatbot company Mistral. This marks a step toward stronger European competition against US dominance in the AI space.
Our recent AI and Design Thinking (HPI) meetup began with data. One number totally stood out: 84,22 % of German users rely on ChatGPT every month!
What’s missing? Well, for one thing, diversity and choice.
It’s also about data sovereignty and making the right strategic AI decisions for the future.
