Especially when topics like DesignThinking, agile Change proceses or prioritizing innovation organizational structures are what people want to talk about. Personal top take-aways? Learned more about strategy with Lego Serious play, using neuro-science in innovation and got to see a really cool innovation hub run by a small, dedicated staff. And we changed our group name :-)
